Staff & Territory
Randal S. "Randy" Roden is the owner and primary marine surveyor for Rand & Associates. He is a licensed Florida All Lines Adjuster since 1980 and has over 30 years of professional marine surveying experience and expertise.
Randy is an experienced salvage coordinator, qualified expert witness and frequent hurricane catastrophe team responder. He holds AMS designation #229 in the Society of Accredited Marine Surveyors, is member #114 of the International Association of Marine Investigators and is a member of the American Boat and Yacht Council. Further, he is a frequent training seminar coordinator for marine underwriters and company claims staff.
We routinely service both the southeast and southwest coasts of Florida, the Florida Keys and the Bahama Islands. Our main office in Boca Raton serves as the base of operations, and our Stuart field office allows us to expand our territory to the upper east coast and central portions of Florida. Our experienced surveyors routinely travel on assignments beyond Florida, particularly loss locations throughout the Caribbean.
